Alabama vs. Louisiana-Monroe

The Warhawks (4-6, 3-3) have won two of their last three games, and the only loss was a 43-40 setback to Middle Tennessee. Coming off a 28-14 victory over Grambling, the competition gets much tougher this week in ULM's final non-conference game at Alabama.

Alabama (6-4, 4-3) has suffered two consecutive losses to LSU and Mississippi State and four losses in all have put some serious dents in Alabama's hopes for its first season under coach Nick Saban, but this is no time to give up on what's left of the season. "We can't crawl into a hole now," quarterback John Parker Wilson said. Losses to Georgia, Florida State and LSU were understandable but a 17-12 loss at Mississippi State -- the Crimson Tide's second consecutive loss to the Bulldogs -- was downright painful.
