Michigan Monday Madness

• Michigan will play Iowa on Thursday (2:30 est) (#7 -#10 seed) in the first round of the Big Ten Tournament. Michigan beat Iowa handily at home and then lost in over time at Iowa this year. Michigan needs this win to take themselves off the bubble and firmly into the Dance. If they beat Iowa they will then get to play Illinois in the second round. Again, Michigan beat Illinois at home and lost on to them on the road.

• Michigan has offered 2010 recruit CB Spencer Boyd from Florida

• The Michigan Baseball team played the Mets on Sunday and a football score broke out 18-7. I hope Forcier played well.

• Michigan's Spring Game will be April 11th at Noon.

• Michigan has two big injuries this spring that will keep both players for seeing any action. Sophomore tailback Michael Shaw under went sports hernia surgery and senior linebacker Jonas Mouton will be absent because of shoulder surgery. Both needed Spring Ball, but let's hope they recover quickly and are at full speed this Fall.
