Predicted Outcome: Alabama 24, Ole Miss 20

Alabama is averaging 30.7 ppg and 403.5 total ypg. The offense has proven capable of moving the ball effectively both on the ground and through the air. Of the 22 offensive touchdowns that the Tide has managed, 13 have come via the running game. Terry Grant leads the ground attack with 531 rushing yards and five touchdowns, as he is averaging a stellar 6.2 ypc. D.J. Hall is the most dangerous receiver on the roster, as he has made 26 catches and is averaging 16.9 yards per grab. John Parker Wilson has started all six games under center, and he has completed 54 percent of his passes for 1,248 yards with eight touchdowns and four interceptions.

The Rebels are far from explosive offensively, as they are averaging 21.7 ppg and 346.5 total ypg. They have a hard time running the football, as their averages of 110.0 ypg and 3.8 ypc clearly indicate. In fact, of the 13 touchdowns that the offense has managed, only two have come on the ground. It's not as if there isn't a talented tailback on the roster. BJ Green-Ellis is a strong runner who is more than capable of big performances, but he has found few holes to run through. Seth Adams has taken almost every snap thus far, and he has completed 59.1 percent of his passes for 1,357 yards and 10 touchdowns with seven interceptions.
